GUIDELINES FOR SPONSORSHIP AND DONATION REQUESTS
All donation and sponsorship decisions will be made on an individual basis.
The event must benefit the community to be considered for sponsorship.
The Dubuque Racing Association will consider sponsoring the following kinds of events:
  Community-wide events
  Awareness or fundraising events for nonprofits
The DRA may not sponsor the following kinds of events:
  Personal benefit fundraisers
  Requests made on behalf of an individual
  For-profit business events, including holiday parties and campaigns
  Fundraising events that will take place outside of the tri-state area
Requests MUST be received on letterhead and should include a contact name, phone number, purpose of the event, and when and where it will be held.
Requests must be received 30 days prior to the event to be considered for funding.
 

Organizations are allowed only one request per year. An application in the DRA Grant Award Program is not considered a sponsorship request.
